MAIR BUILT Include a free 12 month maintenance period with all of their commercial and residential projects.

Once this initial period has expired we offer a discounted ongoing maintenance service to all of our customers, which means your property is kept in tip top condition internally and externally so that you can enjoy your building without worrying about repairs and maintenance.

We also offer a first class building maintenance service to all commercial and residential property owners.

Our range of property maintenance services

Carpentry and Joinery including doors, door handles, windows, stud work, paneling, repairs to skirting board, pergolas, verandahs, fencing, ceiling timbers, floor boards and any other wooden component.

Plasterboard Repairs including replacement boards, patching, flushing, plastering and rendering.

Plumbing works including pipe replacement, blocked drains, taps, shower repairs, sinks, and any other plumbing problem or issue. Installation of new sinks, showers, baths and toilets.

Tiling including, replacement or repair to floor tiles, bathroom tiles wall tiles, kitchen tiles and floor skimming, repairs to grout and drainage .

Painting, including internal and external maintenance – removing old flakey paint, rubbing down and painting.

Paving – driveways, patios, pathways and any other paved area.

Gardening – full garden maintenance programs including weeding, trimming, tree maintenance, hedges, planting, fence repairs, feeding plants, lawn maintenance and all aspects of a beautiful garden.
